New Patients at Dakota Family Chiropractic

Welcome to our practice, where your journey to better health begins. We’re excited to have you as a new patient. We recommend completing the necessary paperwork in advance to streamline your experience. You can find the required forms on our website; feel free to download and fill them out at your convenience. Alternatively, you can arrive at our office 10 to 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork in person. Our new patient onboarding process typically spans two visits.


The Initial Visit

During your initial visit, we focus on understanding your health objectives and medical history to uncover the root causes of your health issues. Our chiropractor will explain why your body may behave a certain way and use advanced technology to assess your neurological function. We’ll also perform your first adjustment on this visit. Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for this session.

When You Return

On your second visit, we’ll review your assessment’s findings, including results from the INSiGHT™ scan. We’ll explain what these findings mean for your health & discuss the plan moving forward. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

Financial Matters

We understand that financial details are essential, and we address these on your second visit. We accept various credit card options, except for American Express.

You may also use health savings accounts and flex savings funds for payments. While we are a cash practice, we do offer family plans to accommodate your needs.
